	North Dakota Early Childhood Data System
	Early childhood educational leaders are working on a possible data system that would be connected to the State Longitudinal Data System. State and local agencies are coming to a greater understanding that early childhood data has a great potential to provide information and guide decision making regarding sound early childhood investment. State policy makers, government agencies, school districts and program administrators, community leaders, economic developers, the business community and researchers all are seeking evidence of the effectiveness of early childhood programs and the positive outcomes these programs have on participants over a period of time.
