School Finance Adequacy Study Report Released

September 4, 2003

The report and recommendations from the consultants hired to complete an education adequacy study for North Dakota public schools has been posted.

The reports will be presented by the consultants at a seminar entitled “Financing Educational Adequacy” on Monday, September 8, 2003, at the North Dakota Heritage Center Auditorium. The seminar will begin at 9:30 a.m.

Dr. Julie Underwood, Chief Legal Counsel for the National School Boards Association will present an update on educational funding and adequacy lawsuits in progress around the United States.
