Instructions for Using Fillable PDF Forms
Once the file is opened press the tab key on your keyboard
and the cursor will position itself in the first box. Continue
pressing the tab key to navigate
through the document. Unless you have Adobe Acrobat you will not be able
to save
the document. Adobe Reader is the free version available for download
from Adobe's website. If you have the free version you will not
be able to save your document electronically. Once
you have completed the document print as many copies as you need for
your files and submission. Even if you have Adobe Reader there will be
an option to save under the
file menu; however this will delete any information you may
have entered on the form so always print the document when completed.
