English Language Proficiency Assessment Cut Score

Bismarck, North Dakota – The North Dakota Department of Public Instruction has announced the adoption of state achievement standards for the North Dakota English language proficiency assessment for limited English proficient students. Dr. Wayne G. Sanstead, State Superintendent, approved the adoption of the state achievement standards following a review of 2006-07 achievement impact data in consultation with assessment specialists from the World-Class Instructional Design and Assessment (WIDA) Consortium, the state’s English language proficiency assessment contractor.
