Informal Request for Proposal - State Literacy Team

The Department of Public Instruction, Title I Unit, hereafter known as “STATE” is soliciting proposals for 10 to 14individuals to serve as members of the State Literacy Team.The Procurement Officer is the point of contact for this IRFP. Vendors must direct all communications regarding this IRFP to the Procurement Officer. Unauthorized contact regarding the IRFP with other STATE employees may result in the STATE disqualifying the vendor. The State may also suspend or disbar the vendor from the state bidders list. Attached are two documents regarding proposal and solicitation
