Invitation to Submit Public Comments Regarding the State’s Proposed Waiver of Certain Provisions of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act

Bismarck, ND. The North Dakota Department of Public Instruction (NDDPI) invites all interested parties, including professional educators and the public at-large, to submit public comments regarding the state’s application to the U.S. Department of Education to waive certain provisions of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA).
