State Superintendent Announces the State’s Submission
of its Revised ESEA Flexibility Waiver Application

Bismarck, ND – Dr. Wayne G. Sanstead, State Superintendent of Public Instruction, announced today that he has approved and authorized submission of the state's revised flexibility waiver application of certain provisions of the No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB).
