North Dakota’s Waiver Request to USDE

March 11, 2013

On behalf of the State of North Dakota, the North Dakota Department of Public Instruction will be submitting two waivers to the U.S. Department of Education with respect to the Elementary and Secondary Education Act. The North Dakota Department of Public Instruction (NDDPI) invites all interested parties, including professional educators and the public at-large, to submit public comments regarding the state’s application to the U.S. Department of Education to waive the Supplemental Educational Services (SES) and the Carryover Limitation. Written comments may be emailed to lmatzke@nd.gov or faxed to (701) 328-0203 by March 19, 2013.
